I am starting a small 3-4 person home-operated service-oriented call center and need to figure out the VoIP logistics.  If you were purchasing cable bandwidth for 5 computers with internet and 3 net phones, how much you would shoot for (i'm thinking 30 mbps or is that too much)?  Also, a good small business VoIP provider will be critical, so any recommendations on that end would also be greatly appreciated.

I would have thought 10mb would be good enough. I would use one of the betamax services for the voip provision. Important to find out what your up speed is as well as your download speed.
